Business Process and Innovation Specialist
This role supports the Business Process and Innovation Team in implementing initiatives aligned with Project Harmonize: 1RE Process Alignment and Change Management, as well as in documenting and reviewing business processes for New Builds and Projects. The function works under close guidance from the Business Process and Innovation Supervisor and Manager to deliver aligned, streamlined, and effective business process documentation and support.
PROCESS REVIEW AND DOCUMENTATION SUPPORT
- Assists in facilitating process review sessions for assigned groups under Project Harmonize, including supporting activities such as documentation of As-Is processes and drafting of To-Be process recommendations
- Helps coordinate and monitor the implementation of process change management plans, ensuring timely submission and alignment with project timelines
- Supports the revision and updating of existing business process documents in response to approved process improvements
- Participates in the planning and coordination of process-related project activities across groups within 1RE
SUPPORT FOR NEW BUILDS AND PROJECTS
- Assists in conducting process kick-off activities for new project teams to ensure understanding and alignment with business process documentation requirements
- Supports the review, adoption, and localization of existing process documents for new builds or new teams within the organization
- Aids in the creation or refinement of new business process documents as necessary to support project needs and operational readiness
- Coordinates closely with stakeholders to ensure consistency of process documentation and standards across projects
REPORTING AND COLLABORATION
- Provides documentation support in tracking progress of project deliverables such as kick-off reports, process reviews, and finalized documents
- Collaborates with the Business Process and Innovation Team to consolidate group-level updates and status reports for management review
- Coordinates closely with internal teams for scheduling, information gathering, and submission of required process documentation and change management tools
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or any Engineering-related course
- With at least 1 year of combined experience in any of the following: business process management, project/program management, internal audit, training facilitation, or certification/accreditation work
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in process improvement are encouraged to apply
