As Business Process Specialist, you will provide governance and support in implementing and improving business process frameworks through data analysis and coordination with Distribution Utilities. Leads the development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Oversees integration of quality, safety, environmental, and asset management standards across operations. Acts as Audit Team Leader, driving internal audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with [team] to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering or any business process-related course
- Handled at least 1 major project, preferably
- At least 1-2 years’ experience

Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering is an advantage

Certification on ISO Internal Auditor's Training Course is an advantage

Preferably experienced in supporting innovation projects and change management
- Preferably with Lean and Six Sigma Certification but not required
