Job Description

The Business Process/Integrated Management System Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Management System to meet organizational objectives and compliance requirements. This role involves coordinating efforts across various Distribution Utilities (DUs) to ensure that quality, environmental, health and safety, asset, and other management system standards are effectively integrated into the organization's operations. BP/IMS Specialist provides governance, support and assistance in operationalizing business process frameworks, methodologies and tools, and in structuring and continuous improvement of the business processes; performs functions through data analysis, monitoring and coordination with all Distribution Utilities.

This position also functions as the Audit Team leader (ATL) who is responsible for the implementation and sustainability of the IMS Internal Audit Process across AP DU. To plan, lead, organize, develop, assess, and coach the Internal Auditors, to ensure their performance requirements and continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications

  • A graduate of a four-year Business/Industry-related course, preferably Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience related to the company’s business/operations.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and MS Applications
  • Preferably with a project management leadership experience
  • Certification on ISO Internal Auditor's Training Course is an advantage
