Business Development Specialist role is a hybrid, high-impact individual contributor position designed to drive two parallel revenue streams by securing space/site partnerships for ACharge's EV charging stations and signing on advertisers for AMedia's advertising assets.Operating within a fast-moving, startup-like environment inside Aboitiz Power Distribution Utilities (APDU), the specialist is fully responsible for managing the end-to-end partner and advertiser pipelines across key corridors.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- ACharge Space Partner Acquisition: Drive the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of potential host sites for EV charging stations across priority corridors in Visayas and Mindanao, negotiating space/lease agreements with property owners
- AMedia Advertiser Acquisition: Build and manage a prospective advertiser and media agency pipeline, designing and presenting customized advertising solution packages
- Cross-Functional & Pipeline Tracking: Coordinate with A+ Services and technical teams to validate site feasibility before deal closure, maintain CRM pipeline records, and coordinate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance
What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, property leasing, or outdoor advertising (OOH)
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close commercial deals while managing multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and basic financial or deal modeling
- Willing to travel across Visayas and Mindanao
