Business Analytics, Systems and Process Optimization Sr. Specialist

This position shall be responsible for managing the necessary shared services and support to the Supply Chain Management to ensure attainment of SCM and company objectives by:

• providing the data quality, market and business analytics to assist management in making better and more sound decisions;

• proactively supporting the leveraging of AI-driven tools to automate tasks, analyze data, and generate actionable insights

• managing the accreditation of vendors to ensure that the company has a pool of essential and best-in-class vendors.

• managing suppliers to maximize value to the organization through performance management, and rationalization; 

• Developing standardized SCM policies and processes aligned with AP policies;

• Leading SCM process governance and optimization initiatives;

• Assisting in the monitoring of team performance, budget and development and execution of all trainings for the continuous improvement of SCM. 

This position is the supply chain first-level support who is responsible for providing functional support, developing and conducting testing for applications and system updates and enhancements, documenting supply chain system business processes conducting training end users and facilitating issues resolution with supply chain systems.

Overall, this position is responsible for supporting the Head of SCM Data Governance and Systems Delivery and Management in all areas pertaining to the supply chain system of 1AP

Experience  (No. of Years) Professional: At least 5 years experience in SCM or related fields
Leadership Experience: Required Experience managing direct reports / subordinates
Project Experience:  Lead the implementation of a project 
Education: Minimum educational attainment required- Any 4-year business related or Behavioral Science course, Engineering or technical background is preferred
