About the Venture

Voltai's (AP Electric Mobility Inc) mission is to democratize electric vehicles (EV) by building a vast 2-wheel battery swap station network, making them easily accessible and convenient for all, thereby fostering sustainable transportation.

 

About the Role

The Business Analyst will support the team in managing resources, monitoring business performance and providing actionable insights to optimize operations. The role will be responsible for supporting the team in managing projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and creating comprehensive business reports and performance dashboards.

 

What You Will Do

  • Assists in overall resource management: budget, P&L and timelines

  • Ensures pilot is running smoothly and is performing against all outlined objectives

  • Monitors business performance vs projections

  • Provides concrete recommendations on how to optimize business performance

  • Assists in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders: internal Voltai team, AboitizPower units, third-party suppliers, regulatory bodies,  B2B customers, etc

  • Creates business reports and performance dashboards (weekly/ monthly)

 

Who We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
