As Billing Staff, you will monitor and dispatch Cases and ToDo's logged in CC&B and handle Billing Adjustments including High and Low Consumption and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the North Davao Customer Services Department to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Check daily ToDo's summary, particularly the request and complaint case.
- Analyze the Case and forward to the assigned person responsible for the resolution of the Case.
- Prepare CM/DM adjustments.
- Resolve promptly all customer complaints & requests and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Prepare reply letter to customers with billing adjustments and promptly monitor its delivery.
- Ensure that files are safely kept for easy reference & retrieval.
- Ensure that office supplies are requested on time.
- Prepare and review all reports.
- Scan all necessary documents, if needed.
- Ensure one's personal goals and development plans are aligned with the organization's objectives and attained in the best means possible.
- Monitor and recommend requirements on materials and equipment to perform one's role and responsibility.
- Facilitates necessary administrative tasks for regular company procedures such as but not limited to requests for payments, purchase orders and liquidations.
- Participate actively in SE activities.
- Readily assumes tasks requiring immediate or urgent attention that may be reasonably assigned by the Team Leader.
- Ensures compliance and adherence to ISO IMS, AMS and other management systems.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:
- Demonstrates proficiency in Business Process and Tools (RMD), specifically CC&B, MDM, Discoverer, and Enterprise Architecture (Level 3).
- Has strong skills in Revenue Case Management, including routing of cases and complaints management (Level 3).
- Is proficient in Billing Data Control and Variance Analysis, specifically Root Cause Analysis (Level 3).
- Possesses expert knowledge in Billing Management, including Billing Guidelines and Procedures (Level 3).
- Maintains standards in Regulatory and Compliance, specifically Magna Carta, DSOAR, and other regulatory requirements (Level 3).
- Manages Information/Records Administration to ensure proper handling (Level 3).

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- University/College graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
- Entry-level position (no prior work experience required).

Technical / Functional Skills:
- Basic Awareness on Safety and Health (Level 2).
- Basic Awareness on Environmental Management (Level 2).
- Hazardous Chemical/ Materials Handling (Level 1).
- Electrical Safety (Level 1).
- Basic Awareness on Asset Management System (AMS) (Level 1).
