As Bill-To-Cash Operational Support, you will provide a temporary support for ensuring continuity of Bill-to-Cash (B2C) operations, sustain operational efficiency -  maintaining service levels & contracts management and supporting coordination across key stakeholders. and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with AP DU Bill-To-Cash to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Compliance Management
  • Coordination with internal compliance teams that handles interpretation of regulatory rules mandated by ERC, BIR , Data Privacy, QMS and the like (UE,Regulatory, TACS team, DPO, Audit)
  • Create and recommend harmonized Policies, Guidelines and Business Rules that will be employed in performing a Process or Procedure.
• Contract Management
  • Facilitates contract processing and discussions by coordinating with Service Providers, regulating bodies: Legal , DPOs, RMD Operations as well as other teams involved in Contract creation and execution.
  •  Make recommendations and improvements on Bill to Cash contracts by reviewing them against company 2Ps, regulations as well as other by referencing other existing contracts
  • Maintain and Monitor Active, On-Going Revisions/ Negotiations, and Newly Planned Contracts
• Billing & Collection, AR  Management - Power Plus Accounts
  • Develops and leads implementation of Bill to Cash Projects taking into consideration various stakeholder requirements , efficiency in using resources and alignment to corporate and operational initiatives
  • Coordinate with the AP DU Leadership Team, Business Process Team, Development Team(IT), SMEs from RMD along the Project Management Activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate generation of Power Plus invoices in accordance with customer contracts and company policies
  • Collaborate with Power Plus Operations Team, and Legal teams to ensure alignment on billing terms and conditions.
  • Supervise the collections process, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding receivables to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and bad debt.
  • Supervise and handle escalations and resolve disputes with customers regarding payments.
• Documentation / Reports Maintenance & Other Tasks
• Budget Preparation
  • Supervise the preparation, consolidation, and alignment of OPEX budget reports across all departments
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational guidelines and reporting standards
  • Enforce timelines and ensure timely submission of all departmental budget reports
  • Coordinate with department leads to resolve discrepancies and ensure alignment of data
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on budget reporting processes and standards
  • Monitor adherence to established procedures and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address variances and improve reporting consistency
  • Readily assumes tasks requiring immediate or urgent attention that may be reasonably assigned by the Team Leader
  • Ensures that the B2C Business Process Analysts (BPAs) deliver timely solutions on error corrections, configurations and feature enhancement of Bill to Cash applications.
