As B2C Process & Quality Manager you will effectively manage the Process , System Application (Functional) , Data and Quality Control of the Bill To Cash group across all the business units under AP DU. You will take charge of corporate support, knowledge and governance centers and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with teams across AP DU to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Process Improvement Management
- Implement Improvements for the Bill-To-Cash/RMD DU Process and Operations
- Implement Improvements for the AP DU Bill-To-Cash(CSU) Process and Operations
- Explore and apply simplifications of existing processes while ensuring compliance to regulations
- Coordinate with IT to implement technology that best serves the requirement of the process.
- Works with IT and DU RMD and other teams for system & process improvements and continuous standardization.
- Leads creation of Processes that are applicable to all DUs whenever possible.
Business Technology Optimization
- Discovers ways to optimize use of RMD DU and CSU Bill-To-Cash Applications by utilizing new functionalities of the system.
- Develops better understanding of Bill-To-Cash system integration with other apps that pushes or pulls data and process flows.
Data Analysis
- Develops Data Criteria and Parameters for Bill-To-Cash operations and other CSUs to improve Bill-to-Cash and append management decision making in coordination / support from ITSG
- Develops predictive analytics to provide health check leading indicators for B2C operations to anticipate potential problems.
- Manages analysis of Data in such a manner that it accurately represents Business Processes , enable measurement of Compliance to Regulations and Business rules to assist the AP DU Bill-To-Cash Head in Decision making
- Make recommendations based on Data Analyzed that will help the Management make sound decisions and strategies.
SME Development and Planning
- Ensures competency development of the SMEs within the team as well as the DU B2C Operating Units for B2C Processes and Systems
- Oversee engagement and participation of the team in New B2C Processes, Systems and other Projects
- Implements training strategy and methods in conjunction with SME development and Planning
- Develops a succession plan for the SMEs
Project Management
- Knows how to handle a project successfully
Managing a Team
- Ensures that the team delivers timely support to Projects and Functional Support needed by B2C and other CSUs
- Ensures that the team is performing within committed SLAs by following through Reports and Quality of Work by checking of Documentations done for engagements and ensuring that they are Regulatory compliant
- Ensures Proper Planning, Fit and Implementation of the Development Plan of the B2C Business Process Supervisor
- Oversees the development of the B2C Process and Quality Control team and make sure that there is balance with the mix of talent within the group.
Risk Management
- Manages the risks associated with the department's business operation through effective implementation of the operational risk management plan.
Admin
- Ensure department goals and development plans are aligned with the organization's objectives and attained in the best means possible.
- Monitor and evaluate performance and development of department team members' knowledge and skills.
- Collaborates and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders on processes, systems and recommends plans and programs.
- Prepare, recommend and monitor department’s requirements on materials, equipment and manpower.
To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who has:
- At least 5 years experience in billing and collection
- At least 1 year experience in project management
- At least 3 years experience in leadersip in Managerial position
- Bachelor degree in any 4 year business, engineering, Finance or IT related course.
