As B2C Business Process Analyst, you will responsible for providing support to the department's front line and back office operations by understanding end-user requirements, analyzing and improving business processes. You will assist in managing implementation of changes in all AP DUs to help ensure that there is a single version of the process that is being applied across all the DUs and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Bill-to-Cash team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Process Improvement

Analyzes and documents business process requirement

Create process models, flows and business requirement documents

Identify business workflows to be applied to existing and future Business Process requirements

Analyzes, simplifies and assimilates complex regulatory requirements to existing processes

Provide Functional expertise on Process, Procedures and Work instructions

Recommends Business Process improvements applicable to Business Requirements

Identification of Process blocks and Activities
-
Facilitate Change Requests for Process and Applications

- Quality Control and Validation (Process, Data and Systems)

Test Functionality of solutions and reports after IT development for Bill to Cash Group

- Functional Support

Analyzes errors/issues troubleshooting and fixing changes in the process in related to the project

Provide Quality Assurance for Bill-To-Cash DU and CSU Processes related to the project.

Attend regular meetings with Bill-To-Cash operating units, Engineering and AP DUs on change management issues coordination and harmonization efforts related to the project.

Carries out resolutions for Audit Findings related to Process

Train the Trainer and SMEs on new processes and procedures

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year Business , Engineering or IT related course.
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in documenting business processes, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ability to analyze system workflows and recommend process improvements.
