As Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and leading the activities of the designated audit team; review, prepare and summarize audit reports; and recommend improvements to the performance, integrity, and compliance of the AP CSUs and BUs financial, operational, and/or management processes and systems. And contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Audit Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To abide and conform with mandatory guidance outlined in the Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS) promulgated by the global Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

• Code of Ethics

• The Internal Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (Standards)

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Ability to promote value of internal audit

• Knowledge on Various Frameworks, Tools and Techniques 

• Change Management Skills

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any Business-related program

• Professional (MInimum): 
  a) At least 2 years risk-based auditing experience: 
  > Deep Dive Internal Audit (Risk based) 
  > External Financial Audit 
  > External ISO Audit 
  > For IT: Consultancy Engagements

• License: Preferably: CPA, CIA, CFE
