Attraction and Retention Specialist
Job Description
The HR associate for Talent Attraction is responsible for responding to the manpower/talent requirements of the organization through internal and external sourcing ensuring timely and efficient deployment of matched candidates in a vacant position.
Job Responsibilities
- Plans the efficient use of resources required to implement the tasks assigned to achieve the section’s objectives, initiatives and output
- Develop a schedule for completion that effectively allocates the resources to the duties
- Coordinates with fellow team members in carrying out assignment
- Prepares training reports for EXCOM and AP Corporate HR for monitoring purposes.
- Submits monthly OPEX variance analysis to the HR Supervisor for operational analysis
- Assists in the implementation of AP and AP-DU initiatives and submits reports regularly/ as required and supports in the implementation of all HR initiative and company activities.
- Monitors stock of materials needed in department operations and prepares requisition when necessary. Checks with Materials Management for the timeliness of the delivery or availability.
- Readily assumes tasks requiring immediate or urgent attention that may be reasonably assigned by the Team Leader
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a Graduate of any Business or Social Science related course
- With working skills on Google Suite ( email, sheets, meet)
- With good written and oral communication skills; and
- At least 2 years experience in Recruitment/Human Resources an advantage.
