After-Sales Support Specialist (On-ground)

As the After-Sales Support Specialist (On-Ground), you will ensure seamless operations and exceptional after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth functioning of vehicles, batteries, and the Battery Swap Station (BSS) on a day-to-day basis. Address issues promptly within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• B2B Sales & Marketing Support: Act as the primary point person for after-sales support in B2B sales and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Utilities Expertise: Preferred experience in utilities support (e.g., telco, electricity) to navigate operational intricacies effectively.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of vehicles, batteries, and BSS.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the utilities industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in after-sales support
• Experience with utilities support (e.g. telco, electricity)
• Experience in the e-mobility space, especially 2-wheel Battery Swap Station, is highly desired
• Mobility sector experience or a blend of hardware and software proficiency will be considered advantageous
