Job Summary
 

The Administrative Staff is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support across various departments, including finance, human resources, compliance, and customer service. This role entails maintaining smooth office operations and supporting project activities. Tasks include billing and collections, preparing payment requisitions, arranging travel, coordinating stakeholder engagements, and handling general office duties. Field-based work, such as running official errands, is also expected to support operational needs.

 

  • Prepare billing and collection documents
  • Process payment requests and support finance documentation
  • Arrange travel logistics for staff and management
  • Coordinate and support stakeholder engagements and team activities
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to team leaders and departments
  • Manage office supplies and maintain filing systems

 

 

Job Qualifications

 

  • A graduate of any 4-year business-related program (such as Business Administration, Office Management, Finance, or an equivalent field)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, office support, or project coordination roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • With a background in office coordination, document control, and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with billing, collections, and payment requisition processes is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • This position is project-based.
