Admin Staff
This is Project-based Employment supporting Aboitiz Power Distribution Group's Project NUCLEUS. The project is expected to complete in 2 years.
Job Mission: Provides comprehensive administrative support by managing and processing day-to-day office and operational requirements. The role ensures timely, organized, and efficient execution of administrative activities. Contributing to smooth internal operations, employee support, and strong vendor/partner relationships.
Detailed Responsibilities:

Coordinate and process travel arrangements including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.

Handle preparation and submission of reimbursement requests in compliance with company policies.

Oversee meal arrangements for meetings, events, and daily team needs.

Ensure accurate and on-time processing of payments to vendors, partners, and suppliers, including coordination with finance and relevant teams.

Maintain organized records and documentation for all administrative and financial transactions.

Support general office operations such as supplies procurement, vendor coordination, and internal logistics.

Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed to support team efficiency and business continuity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of any 4 year course
- With at least 2 years of related work experience
- Willing to work on a hybrid work set-up, Mondays - Fridays 8:30am-5:30pm
- Willing to work in a project-based employment
