Accounting Specialist
Job Description
Directly responsible for ensuring all financial transactions are properly accounted and posted to the General Ledger and maintenance of all balance sheet accounts.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare manual journal vouchers for any accruals, provisions,deferrals, reversals, reclassifications and adjustments needed with proper and valid supporting documents.
- Examine, review and reconcile transactions against book records.
- Investigate any discrepancy, if necessary, coordinate with concerned departments for the cause of the discrepancy and initiates some recommendations to eliminate reconciling items.
Job Qualification
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting.
