As the Account Officer, you will be responsible in developing sales strategies, driving/implementing sales programs that maximize sales from the assigned territory/ies, overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives. The position is also responsible for building cooperative relationships with customers and other stakeholders within the power industry and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Revenue Operations Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

  • Knowledge of the operations, policies, and regulations of the power industry (generation, transmission, distribution)

  • Understanding of NGCP, WESM, NPC, and DOE policies, rules, regulations, and issuances

  • Market research skills

  • Strategic thinking skills

  • Planning, leading, organizing, and reporting skills

  • Problem solving and decision making skills, Salesmanship, Communication and Presentation Skills (Oral and Written)

 

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance or any 4-year business course

  • Professional: At least 1 year experience in the power industry or 1 to 2 years in industrial marketing
