Account Officer (Account Management)
Mission of Function:
The position is responsible for managing and nurturing existing Retail customers within the assigned segment, with the objective of ensuring customer retention, satisfaction, and account growth. It also aims to promote and generate sales within the portfolio by identifying opportunities for account development, account acquisition from customers affiliated with existing accounts, energy solutions and services, and cross-selling, contributing to the achievement of established sales and market share targets for the Retail Supply portfolio.
The role involves maintaining strong and proactive relationships with customers, addressing their operational and commercial requirements, and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored energy solutions, support efficient service delivery, and uphold AdventEnergy’s standards of customer service. The Account Officer will represent the company in dealings with key accounts, allied sales forces, and industry associations.
Qualifications:
Experience (No. of Years)
Professional: At least 1 year sales or marketing experience in the power industry or at least 2 years’ sales or marketing experience in any field
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or any 4-year related Course, with proclivity for mathematical analysis and problem solving
Experience working with semiconductor or electronics companies is an advantage.
License required: Driver's license
