AVP for Commercial Strategy and Services

The role is responsible for the overall operations and execution of the Commercial Strategy and

Services team and AboitizPower generation business to optimize the Wholesale-managed P&L through the pricing and structuring of contracts, and to mitigate commercial risk through implementation of various instruments in coordination with the Commercial Finance Team. The position shall continually check the implementation of the Wholesale operational plan and exercise control of the team’s resources to ensure success.

The role will also support the Wholesale team in the sourcing of replacement power, market planning, operational performance, and Competitive Selection Process (CSP) activities, among others.

This position will likewise be responsible for fostering relationships with various stakeholders including other generating companies, banks, and financial intermediaries.
